Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligible Products for Return
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
- Promotional items cannot be returned.
- Digital products: Due to their nature, digital products (downloadable files, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Print-on-demand (POD) products: Returns for print-on-demand items fulfilled through our partner Printful will be handled on a case-by-case basis, following the supplier’s return policy. Please contact us for more details.
Return Process
- Contact us by email to initiate your return request.
- We will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or an error on our part.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us as soon as possible with photos or proof of the issue.
- Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
